Pitch realisation

Based on your strategic objectives, we will find the right agency for your requirements. Our team has now completed more than 60 pitches in all relevant areas of expertise – individually and/or across all areas.

We therefore cover all areas with extensive expertise and experience: Creative, Media, Social Media, Web, SEO/SEA, PR, Lead Agency, but also in the areas of Project Management/Co-ordination, Logistics and much more.

To find the right agency/service provider, we proceed as follows:

  • We gather your individual requirements and everything that is relevant in your company and environment in terms of operational processes.
  • Based on this, we create a briefing document in consultation with you.
  • We propose a preselection of agencies including justification.
  • Based on your selection, we contact the agencies, sign NDAs and co-ordinate the briefing.
  • At the same time, we organise the actual pitch and create an evaluation document based on the requirements you have defined, which is to be completed by the decision-makers during the presentation of the individual agencies.
  • Once you have decided in favour of an agency, we take on the contract negotiations with the selected agency in consultation with your legal department or one of our experts.

Management of your project/your agency(ies)

Focusing on your strategic goals, we manage individual projects or your entire agency network – comparable to an outsourced marketing department. In doing so, we pay attention to:

  • Synchronizing the measures of the commissioned agency or all agencies.
  • Cost optimisation on the basis of the specified budget, i.e. the quotes of individual agencies are constantly questioned, renegotiated and/or individual services are commissioned elsewhere if necessary.
  • A thorough analysis of the commissioned services and, if necessary, the potential for optimisation, including comparison with the contractual agreements and possible adjustments to the services/contract for subsequent years.
  • Agreed KPIs and follow-up in the event of missed targets.
  • Necessary renegotiations or new agreements for subsequent years.
