Who we are
workinghead was founded in autumn 2009 by Dr Alexandra Ranzinger as an owner-managed business consultancy.
Our aim is to support companies in the development and implementation of successful strategies in marketing and sales. In marketing, we focus on supporting with agency selection, ongoing monitoring of agency performance and, if necessary, any required follow-up. Be it through renegotiations, the agreement of KPIs or the search for a new agency. In sales, we focus on generating further sales potential, e.g. in the areas of loyalty CRM, or a new sales strategy.
Dr Alexandra Ranzinger has successfully built up, developed and managed companies in these areas for over 25 years in various management positions. She has comprehensive market knowledge and experience as well as an extensive network from which her clients benefit in terms of personal advice and support.
Our team has professional experience in all relevant disciplines/agencies, e.g. media, PR, web, social media, creation and has successfully demonstrated the corresponding expertise in many of our projects.

- Implementation of specific projects, such as functioning as an outsourced marketing department including budget management and control of all parties involved or the conception and implementation of large-scale events with a high number of integrated parties.
- Setting up a sales strategy including employee training and implementing defined sales measures.
